I've never been soo disappointed. I've covered my late grand mother for R15.000. My cover was up to date. And I didn't owe. The next thing my pay out was R11.100. Im sad , stressed and disappointed. I tried to contact the head office in Pretoria, then they told me I've covered my grandmother for R11 000.Were as on the submission date, they did confirm that my extended family member covere is R15.000.Im definitely going to cancel the rest of the policy, surely I dont want yo be inconvenienced again, in case I lose a loved one
