My experience is from the new vredenburg branch. South Africa is famous for partial scams and this feels exactly like one. I requested a refund for a course that was denied however nowhere does it state that they are not offered. It's also extremely dangerous to ones health to have students who barely know what their doing teach eachother it could potentially lead to some serious damage if someone gets hurt by accident. There no actual classes it's a big mess maybe as an actual salon it functions but not as an institution of any sort. You basically get what you pay for which is a textbook some basic notes and other students trying to figure it out with very little guidance you actually have to complain to be offered. Not the best or most welcoming learning environment either.
