Business trip

I used Intertrans for the first time after a colleague recommended them, the admin service was on point but the actual pick-up from Cape Town to Durban was botched up so badly, I was confused with other clients, pick-up time was not confirmed, the drop-off time was forced upon me and I was rushed to sign off the inventory list without checking against my own inventory list as 'The driver had to rush to another client'. I later discovered furntirued scratched and dented, broken dishes, missing stuff....my furniture may not have been in the best condition but there is no reason to treat a clients stuff as if it means nothing, this is sometimes all a person has......my stuff was dropped off on the 24th November and to this day I have no response from Operations as to where my missing stuff is.....will stick to the people I know

Great busines to hire with

Recently I was moving house furniture from Mthatha to Port Shepstone andI had a hastle free move ever.Thumbs up to all the entire staff, firstly, the lady at the office was very clear, in terms of pick up date and time. My furniture was well handled nothing was broken, scratched or missing. Drop off date was done as per agreement and on time.Furthermore, I wish to extend a word of appreciation to the trucking team, the gentleman who was communicating with me trying to locate my house for his patience and manners and most of all to the foot soldiers who lifted my heavy furniture for their hard work and attitude while doing it.I will forever recommend the company to whoever needs your services.
