It is a primary health care facility that is very busy and overcrowded but the staff tries to work until 4pm unlike many clinics where they don't work after 1pm. I think they can still do better though if they can go to tea and lunch breaks as planned and not take long breaks. We waited until 4pm only to be told to come back the following morning but it is still much better than useless Clairwood hospital that sent us to King Edward hospital only to be told to go to Lamontville clinic.

Service is extremely poor, waited in a queue for 2 hours without any movement no one at the reception to assist with files, staff is dragging their feet, I suggest that the departlopk further into this matter, it's very unprofessional
