5 employees behind the till having a discussion. While I waited 5 minutes. Only to be told sorry, we cant help you. Zero customer service.

I wil not buy from this branch ever again . Make up are expired or something .Friendly cashiers five stars for them . But make up not so good . I've bough damaged products from other branches and that was even better than these ones .

I bought Cal-C-Vita today 20 August 2022 at Clicks the other pack looks like it was open the tablets cant even dissolve in water as it look like a gum or one big tablet because of obviously the air that got to the open pack. Am so disappointed

We buy our guesthouse detergents and toiletries from here and have very nice staff ,always friendly and helpful.

An irritating and persistent cough at the office can be awkward and uncomfortable around colleagues. I went to Clicks Sanbel Pharmacy for help. Thank you Father for queueing me up with Mrs. L Dankers. I expected a quick pop in-and-out, but Mrs Dankers was sympathetically concerned and interested and she listened and she questioned. Thankfully it was quiet and she went into my history to look into all tried and tested medication in my purchase history. What an easy and comfortable conversation I had with welcome advice and things to consider. I was not rushed on, she explained what she recommended and why and how to use. She even asked very caringly to bring feedback. Wow Clicks, you have someone special on your team. Your staff are all friendly, but here is your jewel in the crown. Thank you very much Lynn-Lee, I can see you will be going places.

I was helped a few months ago by a lovely lady working the make up counter, I was slightly late, was going on stage that evening and was there just prior to closing. The security gentleman wouldn't let me in, but she came personally opened for me and assisted me. Am very grateful, would have been very embarrassing to have gone on stage without proper make up. Big thumbs up to her!
