They do not keep to the agreed timelines for completion of work. In 2 months' time, they weren't even at the point of starting with the fiberglass installation.They caused a lot of damage to my property while 'working', and they never even attempted to fix it.Overall pathetic service and bad workmanship. They could not even get the materials I wanted them to use, like paving, cladding, and copings, which were all incorrect. Either color or shape was not what I wanted. But it's what they got to do the work which they never finished in any way.I'll never do business with these people ever again. I had to revoke access to my property from them in fear of what they would potentially break next and the fact that work was not nearly complete by the deadline that we agreed to. Every week, the deadline would just move to the next week and so on.I lost a lot of money due to their lack of work ethic and careless behavior.Absolutely unacceptable attitude from the owner of the business as well as the staff.

I'm sure his work is ok but this is the third week waiting for him to arrive. states he will show up but does not. no reply on watsapp when following up and waiting on him after he confirms date. could have asked another company to assist by now if he was honest about his lack of commitment.

Amazing... prior to him I phoned 3 pool services in BFN, made appointments and they never showed.I phoned this guy on monday and on wednesday our pool was sparkling again-they had to pump out all the water scrub the inside.
