Lovely classes are offered. No session is ever the same. Alex offers barre, mat and rebound classes.

I love my classes with Alex! One on one and motivates you to push your boundries. She walks u through it and encourages u all the way. I have done the group classes and private and enjoyed both. If u looking for a great workout and dedicated instructor look no further!
