Good product, and good communication.

I ordered a glass framed print from them, and received it all broken and in pieces. Very poorly wrapped and no fragile sticker on the parcel. Surely I am not the first client to order this and this was not your first glass order shipped??

I have bought a few furniture and decor items from different online stores, but the quality and service from Simply Child was the only one that impressed me!

I fitted out the new room for my 2 year old boy from bed to chairs and accessories and I'm super happy with the result. Nice designs, sloppy service, medium quality (1 piece broke during carful installation, 1 did not fulfill the requirements, paint on 1 other item chipped) , sluggish communication, price and quality are not in the best relation to each other (EG the peg board needed to be sanded on sever spots to look finished and for the pegs to fit the holes) , delivery was delayed becuase it was send to the wrong adress initially...having the faulty item collected took too long and too many rinders, getting the money back took even longer. In short :There are better options in Cape Town.
