I've been a customer at Angel feeds for 4 years and for past 2 years the service was very good. But since last year December I started to experience poor service especially with deliveries. I used to place an order at 3pm and get delivery same day, 3 years back. But nowadays you have to wait for a day or 2 to get a delivery. This new system ain't working for us.

I phoned on 25 Nov 2020, Sharon said she has 12 bags of the feed I need on hand, I arrived there 20 mins later and the male at the POS said he only has 3 bags available, I asked him if I could have it and asked when will they receive the other stock as I needed 18 bags, we tried to get some info from Daniel, who is suppose to be the manager, in the mean time I was asked to move my vehicle and I said to the guy at POS to keep the 3 bags for me, he attended to another customer and I moved my vehicle, when I got back Daniel still wasn't sure when the other stock would arrive and from where, I asked the guy at POS to give me the 3 bags, Oh
