Good selection at a great store

Quality clothing and nice variety. I ended up purchasing a shirt but required to find the size, color, and make my own way to the change room. Understaffed and he seemingly did not know how to use the cash register. Reasonably priced but had to spend the extra time digging and looking for pieces of interest. The store set up is not male on one side and female on the other, everything seems to be intermixed. Very happy with the clothing I purchased, but had to seek out myself and try on sizes I wouldn’t normally wear back home.

What a terrible service i have ever get,, I felt so stupid and illiterate , I went to monte Casino Truworths to activate my new acc and the lady by the name Onalenna Helped me but what she did she asked me my id and 2 min later got the message congratulationing me for having an account and i tried to ask a question and she said i will explain later and later she said i need to follow a security guard for more details,, and we stood right at the door the guard Thabang that did not even have a name batch on explained all nonense to me that even a crech child cant listen to ..Him self he does not know what he was talking about,,, What a disappointment to start a journey..The service was terrible maybe because i am black ?

Service in Men’s section non existent. Not one staff member available to help. Only security
