The staff are so friendly and welcoming here. Especially the lady at reception. Took no time at all to have our problem resolved.Actually went to the Bellville branch first but they were completely useless (as always).

Most unhelpful! They won't communication with you until you've waited in line for over an hour! I was there at 11h00 to submit my eFiling documentation but was told that they don't let people with my problem in anymore. Your office hours are 08h00-16h00!! How long can it take to accept 3 Proof of identity documents?? Additionally, the website makes no mention of being turned away if they feel like they have enough people for the work day.

Staff are friendly and professional but you may need to wait an hour or two to be seen if you cannot be helped in the express queue - I guess that's South Africa.

I'm very impressed. There was an error on my IRP5 forms and they showed it out for me. and advise to go back to my employer and report the error . Thank you

I give SARS Paarl, and Samantha Lombaard a thumbs up! I pre booked an appointment and was helped immediately. My problem was addressed and I was out of there in 30 min! Well done.

The staff is not helpful at all. Waited over 4 hours ! The staff did not give any updates on what is going on. Be prepared to wait the entire day to get helped.

I’m giving 4 stars only because of the typical wait of over 2 hours - which is the norm at any South African public service office nowadays.However, the staff is so friendly and professional, really going the extra mile and staying overtime to accommodate everyone’s needs. Special thanks to Mr. Baron, who helped with professionalism and friendliness. What a great experience.

Got turned away at Mitchells Plain after waiting an hour in the queue with a very blasé come back tomorrow" . As if we have nothing better to do.Was not going to waste a leave day and decided to go to Paarl. I got there around 12:30. Got a number and got a seat in the waiting room. NB! NO STANDING OUTSIDE For HOURS!I waited approximately 2 hours and got my query resolved. I don't mind waiting. Telling me to come back tomorrow would have meant losing another day of work.Well done!"
