They sold me a gaming mouse (on the 4th of September 2020) which sudden stopped working a few days ago (28 September 2020), It was a brand new product in a box and my receipt said I have 12 month warranty on brand new products.When I went to invoke my warranty the told me that the mouse only has a 7 day warranty (the 7 day warranty only applies to 'out of box purchases')With all that information they out right refused to repair or replace my mouse. I phoned their help line and the man on the other side only spoke vernacular even when I asked him to speak English because I don't understand the language he was speaking, he continuously ignored my request to communicate in English.The woman who appeared to be in charge of the shop even chased me out of the shop, when I persisted to point out their policy to them.I used to hold cash crusaders in high regards before this incident, I'll never shop there ever again.
