Foschini - Brits Mall
I recieved terrible customer service from Brenda from cosmetics. She has a terrible attitude & gets very loud with customers. The store also did not have cash in their tills for refunds. I had to call customer services to lodge a formal complaint as she insinuated that I am a liar, I was very offended by this. Very unprofessional.

Not friendly at all.People working here not helpful, definitely not a great experience.Even listening what other customers are saying about their experience is not good.Specials are good though.

Got the best service the past Saturday. Was all stressed out and couldn't find what I was looking for. Thanks again to the beautiful lady who helped me, the patience she had even when it was closing time, she even went on and told me about the 25% off perfume special... I'm sad I never got her name but she's a darling
