Playing Dumb and pretending to be having Amnesia with a disgustingservice I can say the sameCheck your records you know very well where you recently charged R700 for a non-service I called you several times.Service is Pathetic.These people use them at your own risk satisfaction not guaranteed.They made me Pay R700 after saying they fixed my defy hob after having told them that the stove was spontaneously switching on and could not be regulated.They gave me a workmanship guarantee of six months. A day later the stove was back at non switching off. I called them and I was told it needed a new part that costs about R3300 and they would come back with a quote.Till today never heard from themHaving so much regret for having used them. They take people for a ride and should not have Charged me R700 if theyreally new what to fix and what was wrong with my hob and not take chances and rob people.

Well it starts from customer service they take months to respond and secondly if it was an installation error my stove was supposed to crack soon after it was installed but it cracked 3 months later. You should accept its a default from your end not to find fault.I wish I had read the comments on this platform first before buying defy stove cause a lot of your clients are complaining rather if the issue than defending yourself

Very friendly staff. I dropped my convection oven off on Friday and it was ready the following Wednesday.Update: January 2022Had to send it in again after it broke 3 weeks after getting it back.After countless phonecalls, we got it back yesterday, only to discover when we arrived home that the part had not been fitted correctly and so the convection oven still doesn't work. They've had my oven more than I have in a year and now it's got to go back again. Really disappointed.

If there’s one thing I can advise anyone, I would tell to stay away from the defy products. Their products are guaranteed to give you problems and to top it all off, they don’t care to resolve those problems. We have put in a complaint via Makro for the last 5 months and we still don’t have a resolution on our washing machine because the part is apparently nowhere to be found, really now!!! A technician comes then there’s silence for the next few months then another and the cycle is never ending. I spoke to one lady in all this whose fridge had issues and it was replaced. Why do other people get a better service from you guys than others? Is it based on the colour of one’s skin perhaps?

We waited two weeks for an issue to be resolved - but cancelled due to lack of communication. They told us the technician wil come Saturday morning, he never showed up. We had to phone and ask if he is still coming - we can't sit at home the whole day just to find out he is not coming. Then he randomly showed up on the Tuesday after we asked that he comes the Monday. After he left, the dishwasher gave us a different error than before. He said they will send the quote on Thursday - I had to phone multiple times on Friday to ask if they can please send the quote. Made an appointment (that I followed up on to make sure they will come at the scheduled time) for Thursday morning. By lunchtime we still didn't hear anything, just to find out (after I had to phone them myself) the technician won't be able to come and that it was moved to a different one who will only be there late afternoon. We chose this service provider because of the good reviews - we are very disappointed.

Frank the technician provided a good service. The service team behind him don't know what is happening. I have called 3 days in a row to find out when the part will be in stock... NO ONE can answer this. 10 days no fridge freezer.. and all you get is 'we are waiting for the spare part'. Don't buy Defy should be their motto.
