Marcel is very professional and although my bike was not very far off the critical adjustments he made had a huge effect. It took a few rides to get use to the setup but once my muscles accepted the new position it was a big difference. I could do longer rides, I had more power on uphills. Few weeks after setup was done we did the Race to the Sun this year and I really felt good during and afterwards.I would suggest it even more for the weekend riders than the professional riders as we think we just need to ride more but we need to ride correct.Thanks Marcel.

Had a bike fit done, a shorter stem was put on my bike. This resulted in me crashing my bike as the handle bars came loose during a long ride. I ended up with a decent number of bruises all over my body and a sprained finger. Luckily my carbon frame wasn't damaged, and I could still use my full IM entry, albeit a bit handicapped. These things can happen - granted. But the way the situation was handled when I went back to them was disappointing. Not even a proper apology, the person not being available after I made an appointment, and when I eventually saw him he made some excuse of not fixing the stem too tightly to the handle bars because they're carbon (which they're not). Just left a bad taste in my mouth and got a way more comprehensive explanation of bike and cleat position and fitting elsewhere.

Was a little skeptical at first about the difference this would make to my ride. Hands down the best money spent aside from the bike. Service was professional and informative. Marcel was friendly and explained everything well. Most importantly, this made a huge difference to my ride almost immediately. No longer found myself moving around the seat to find more power uphill and my back and my back and knees feel much better on longer rides. Also shaved a decent chunk of time of all my segments on Strava almost immediately. Would definitely recommend.
