Visited on 21 April 2023, 17:45:Very under whelming. Wait was long, order incorrect. And taking orders for large meals knowing they had no large cold drink cups. Staff performance really require improvement.

Gave me a much cheaper burger than what I paid for. Expected me to drive all the way back. Ice cream machine always broken, so the thing that gives BK their edge - milktart milkshake - is never available at this store. Avoid.

By far the worst burger king i have ever been to! Paid for a Texas bbq king 3.0 but when i got home there was a patty missing and only 2 onion rings and a bit of sauce bun not even toasted. Complained and they asked us to come in so they could compensate us, not worth my petrol nor my time and effort.

I arrived there slightly early. Before 9 in the morning after a long night. I was treated well. Was given the wifi password. Had to wait outside but as soon as 9 hit, I was served and greeted by friendly smiles. Great people here. Great food if you love burger king

Burger King Risidale Drive-thru (Halaal)
Really positive experience at this Burger King generally. I went inside for the first time instead of using the drive-thru and it is great. It is very pretty.The food is standard Burger King quality and the staff is very and helpful. Zero complaints.Very glad that they are halaal now being next to the Muslim school and the mosque, it only makes sense.

Staff are friendly. Exciting to try the vegetarian offerings recently introduced.Bottomless drinks does not work if a patron drinks from the cup and places that same cup back against the dispenser (no straw). Its disgusting and high risk especially with this pandemic!If you want your restaurant to stay open, adhere to covid protocol please?

Would have given them 5 stars but their service is just horrible. I asked a lady 3 times to come wipe my table and it was never wiped, they even messed up our orders. Lucky we dined there so it could be easily rectified. Food was delicious though so thank you.
