The staff r so unprofessional nd rude, i asked 4a formal quotation 4tiles 4da whole house nd dy jst gave me da amount 4tiles only not in writting dy jst told me verbally. The cashier further told me how hungry she was nd dats da reason she was rude!!! As if dats my problem. I genuinely giv CTM 0stars!!!

I was there 4 times in one morning.Nobody want to help me.Playing african music loadly.Doing stock take instead of helping me.I asked the manager for help but he told me to wait he just wanted to finish his stock take counting.Shouldn't stock take be done when the shop is empty or closed?I thought customers was priority number one.Its ok i will drive to boksburg instead

Manager was just rude, demanded I didn't greet me, greated white customers cheerfully in their language.

A well stocked CTM. Possibly not the most up to date or superduper CTM, but with everything you need to equip your bathroom. The salesperson was very helpful and able to supply all our needs. Their instore quote and invoice system is excellent.

The staff does not have a measuring tape, nor do they know how to help their clients. If asked about a product they are totally clueless.
