Following a major service, my rear brakes did not hold as they used. The Workshop Manager Mohammed just told me my brakes are entry-level brakes and that I must just consider changing them, didn't even care to diagnose the problem. Didn't even feel the brakes or anything.Also, had other issues following my service like the valves not working well. I will not be doing my service here going forward. Very disappointing.Edit:I took the bike to Cycle Lab Fourways - The diagnosis was done and my brake pads are finished and they will be replacing the brake pads.

Rip-off at cycle repairs, they will just want add stuff to replace the brakes and wires sometimes even it is not necessary just to make bill high. Really I don't like the attitude.Hope going forward you guys will change this mentality of adding stuff for no reason, as a customer sometimes we just need to fix what is really problem.

Good advice and fair pricing. I told the salesperson that I'm a complete amateur and he guided me expertly on product and usage advice without patronising me or making me feel dumb. Definitely worth a visit and I'm already saving up for my return to this store.

If there was a 0 rating I would give them a 0. The service is terrible. They assembled my brand new bike and I had to take it back because they did a terrible job but they were not prepared to fix it without charging me. Mohammed , the guy who runs the workshop was very unfriendly each time I visited. This is the same experience I had with my previous bike. I will never go back.

The most awesome service I've received in a long time. Staff greeted my dad and I with a smile and bent over backwards to make my dad and I smile. To Irfaan and Thabo... you guys are amazing. Jazakallah. Will definitely keep coming back.

Place is a joke.Took my bike in for brand new complete shimano brake set.Got home brakes made a noise then realised calipers were not tightened.Just did it myself.Replaced front shox mechanic snapped a bolt and cross threaded the left iver bolt when riding the bike handles just turned sent bike back and they replaced the stem.Asked them to re route the stupid cable install in the brakes they did then this clowns even rerouted the shifting gear cable making a huge turn just to end up on the correct side.Long story short cable stretched now and lever not even alligned what a joke honestly.Taking bike back to fix their mistake while i stand and baby them and then they will never see me again.DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE!!!!!!

The lube service offered by them for 150 is a rip off, I had a bad experience with them. They promised me to lubricate the whole bicycle clean everything Polish and shine it. However when I went to take the bike from them nothing was done the bicycle stand was still making sound and there was no sign of any lubrication. I had to push the guy to do the stuff in front of me.They are good in repair work but not the bicycle service.
