Absolutely awful, Theives! Do no use this service please.We booked Goodmoves/Steve mini movers through wise moves. After I made payment to move my items from JHB to DBN, they almost immediately started asking for more money accusing me of adding additional items, then they extorted an additional R5000 claiming the first deposit never cleared. They had the truck at my gate and a women on the phone shouting at me to pay or they refuse to give our stuff.It's been over a week and they have still stolen our TV, Washing machine and Fridge, plus items are missing and broken. It is 3 days before Christmas and they are still refusing to return our items. We have been to the bank and supplied this company guaranteed letters from the bank to prove payment and they are still with holding our items.All the people I've dealt with have been caught out lying on several occasions.Worst experience of my life, they left my family sleeping on a cold floor a week before Christmas, destroyed a 8 year old birthdays Christmas by stealing his TV and Playstation.Never use these people or connected companies for anything. The items that did arrive are all broken and destroyed

Beware of falling into 'storage fee' traps with this company - they demand up to R5000 cash to release items they remove from your boxes. The method is they claim your payment has not cleared (even a week afterwards) and then proceed to charge storage and they hold your household ransom. Really best avoided. Please see the location and photos of the premises before you use them!As you can see in the owners responses, you are in for LOOOONG stories and a wild goose chase- the owner does NOT accept ANY POP from any bank and until HE says the money has cleared.... it hasnt... so good luck with them :)

Thanks. They provided great service, our move went smoothly, it took a little longer than we hoped but they handled our furniture with care.
