We had two meetings scheduled and both times Michael did not pitch. Load shedding was used as the excuse, with the second meeting scheduled by him.

Michael Joubert kept changing the deadlines. Made empty promises regarding completion. Eventually said it was done and was sent via email but then weeks later still nothing. Very unprofessional. I paid 70% of quote and lost it all with nothing to show.
