KAUAI Smart Meals

I bought both, the low in calories and the high performance meals. They not bad in general, they filled with flavour except for half their chicken meals. The chopped up chicken were bland. And I think these meals are expensive for no reason , you pay so much just to get more chicken meals which is the cheapest dish. And then the low calorie dishes had little food for a high price. I know its low in calories but theirs ways to make the meals more abundance. I think it's cheaper eating at Kauai itself or at a healthy restaurant. And let's not forget to mention the agony of waiting for your food to get delivered. It you order the Monday, you will have to wait till Friday to get your food. Same goes for the weekend. Else if you can afford R120 something for a meal and eat little without binge eating afterwards than this is for you.

I tried the low carb meals. Oh wow super tasty compared to another brand I tried. Definitely a thumbs up from me. Love it❤️
