Worst shipping company ever.They dont answer phones when you visit their offices they say they dont know when they'll deliver.they don't even deserve a star too bad we cant put zero stars.They are a pathetic service provider...its better these cartoons close shop...please avoid them like the plague...

Fedex has hit rock bottom and they have no started to dig. I have been waiting for my package from US since Aug!!! It arrived in Botswana in Aug!!!! My 2 year old daughter did not receive her birthday gift because of their incompetence. Caleb the 'manager' refuses to provide his line management contact details so that I can report it. I had another parcel come through from US on DHL and it arrived with me in late Oct. so there is no excuse. They are horrible. Dont use them. I now have to head to consumer council to report these clowns just so I can get my parcel!!

They have the worst service in this country! I don't even know how they are allowed to operate. They never answer any of their phones, and if you don't live in Gabs you can't even go to their office to find out about your package. They should be shut down.

Worst shipping company ever, not reliable, at all, very lazy to trace the shipment all my parcels took so long, they don't update whatsoever.
