I am so disappointed by the service that I received from this company, for my daughters 4th Birthday party.1. Make it clear from the start of your communication that your pricing does NOT include set up, because you left me in a “dump & run” situation.2. Please don’t arrange times with clients if you have no intention of sticking to these times – and then DON’T EVER blame your client and make as if they are in the wrong, when there is a written text trail.3. When a client places an order for a certain look and you know very well that your specific organza overlay is a certain size, and it won’t really fit with the look that the client needs, please have the common decency to advise the client of this, instead of just slapping it onto the quote to make a quick buck.4. When you order a cake, there is a certain expectation that this cake will not start falling apart 20 minutes after it is delivered, but you hold yourself together for the sake of your four-year-old child, so that she doesn’t have to suffer. Instead you take a photo of the cake and you advise the company the following morning – to which you are told that it must have been your own doing! WHAT!? Why on earth would I have destroyed my own child’s cake!?Is that what you do now in the service industry, blame the client and take absolutely no responsibility for what has gone wrong? No apology was forthcoming at all. All I asked for was a refund for the broken cake and overlays that I could not and did not use, but I was told off. I would never do that to a client, or any person if I was in the wrong.

i have always used this company for cakes and castles never had any problems as they are professional people.According to me their cakes are baked through a professional lady, surely you must have seen the cake when they brought it why wait till today.Happyjumps is the best !!!!

We had a great experience with renting a jumping castle and soft play for my daughters second birthday. Jumping castle that was originally delivered had a hole and within 15 minutes Cindy was on site to replace it.Thank you to the team for everything. My daughter spent most of the day in the soft play and jumping castle. Definitely recommend them!!
