Beautiful place. Service was good until i had a complaint. None of the stuff member onsite could assist even a guy who i was told is the manager. Eventually i was told to call the owner, who was very rude and insulting over the phone. Request some sort of refund and he promised he was on the way to process the refund but never came. In the morning went to the stuff and sitll was not assisted and still referred back to owner who even at this stage did not pitch. As beautiful as the place is i will never return nor will i ever refer i know to go there !

It would be 100% enjoyable if they can beefup their security. The last time I visited there were fights and there was no security to calm down that situation.

The place is not visible and not so accurate on the GPSTry to ask around the place when you feel like you are lostThe locals are very helpfulThe place is nice and is perfect as a wedding venue and it has a river flowingWas dirty but it's somethingBathrooms outside are a bit of a problemBest to use there ones on the roomsThe stuff is very friendly and available to assistCouldn't have breakfast but was told it's possible to have it if you request it

This time around was a total disappointment, the host was this lady who doesn't care much about her guests,the place is now a law suit waiting to happen the place has a lot of potential only if they pull up their socks,

Friendly Staff and a very warm welcme. It allows one to adjust to how they want to enjoy themselves.The rooms are very neat and tatsefully furnished.Keep up the standard that you guys are giving. Will definately go back.

Nice place but hot water was a bit of problem as well as the sitting room in the house the furniture was old but the bedrooms are very neat, clean and comfortable

The place is ok! Pools need atlist 1 life guard! More shelters will do as there's less trees. Clear signs/boards leading to the place!! But otherwise it's OK!!
