After extensive research for a car protector for my Coonhound who travels with us, I came across this company and immediately thought the fabric was nicer than others that I have seen. The product also seemed nicer. I ordered and was kept updated about the status of my order until it arrived. The product arrived within two days. I have fitted it and I am totally satisfied. Great product, good quality, well constructed and reasonably priced. Totally recommend!

Excellent customer service. I had to exchange a life jacket I ordered from them for a larger size. They assisted me through the whole process and even helped me to receive the new life jacket in time for my holiday. The life jacket is of a great quality and I'm proud to own a locally made product. Will definitely use them again in the future!

I am so pleased at the service from DogOnline. I required a dog car seat hammock cover so I can take my pups away for the weekend and it was a very last minute order. With same day shipping from ordering I was accommodated and received my parcel the very next day. The quality is amazing and the service was so personal. Great job guys and thank you. The process from online order to physical delivery has been super-efficient ... along with the added 'mental smile' of a personal note from the owner, checking that everything is OK. I have yet to test the product's efficacy (anti-earmite powder), but so far ... I'm impressed.

Website was easy to use to read up on and select a product. Payment also went through seamlessly. There was a problem with the selection of a specific size of one item, but Paul followed up on my query and immediately put the matter right. His personal service and attention is so very much appreciated. Again, when one courier failed to pick up the parcel timeously, Paul immediately found another and the parcel arrived within one day.Overall, an excellent experience.

Excellent quality and service. I ordered a dog jacket for my border collie and from the get go received friendly service. From inquiring on my dog's size via their Whatsapp service to DogOnline calling to double check it would be a good fit before posting. That's service with care!
