Don't waste R1500 on getting the coordinator to assist on the day. The gentlemen we got didn't make any effort. He just placed the furniture and left as quick as possible. After he left we had to rearrange everything as he put no thought into it and did not utilize the space at all. He arrived with the wrong marquee letter and was irritated that he has to go and collect the correct one. I was extremely disappointed with his service.However the men that came with to unload the furniture were friendly and helpful. I was so grateful for all there help.

You dont get what you hire (not the first time this happened) , staff does half job of setting up, they didnt put candles in all the vases and when we called and Whatzapped they didnt bother to answer or reply. Hired dessert forks didnt get them nor confetti bowls, also didnt get the cutlery booked and paid for, got some very old and very bad quality cutlery.Extremely disappointed.

Working with Nicola and Baie Goeters was so easy and such a pleasure. Nicola was always quick to respond to emails and help me over the phone when I was running around.I was very grateful for her advice, help and professionalism. When I didn't have creative vision, she was happy to offer suggestions - coming in below the budget!Our wedding looked so beautiful and half of it was thanks to Baie Goeters. Their team is excellent and we look forward to recommending them for years to come.
