The School:I've been a Martial Artist since 94 in Karate and later Kung Fu.This place is the real deal.Morne is not only well versed in practical martial arts you can use in the street, but his Form is excellent. This school is big on actual self-defense and actual real-life fighting.You won't find fat sensei syndrome" here. These guys live their message and are all fighting fit. Love training here.The Facilities: Excellent

Been trainin here for a couple weeks and very impressed with the lessons and cleanliness of the gym. Lessons are professional, informative and extremely fun. Definitely a great work out!
