I'm a little surprised at the complaints of slowness; I've sometimes had to queue for a few minutes but apart from that I find the staff friendly and helpful. I guess things could be faster if they were less helpful (but that's not a good solution).

This branch will never answer their phones.i cannot use them for my scripts anymore. every attempt is a nightmare., and when you complain, nothing changes. they are understaffed

Poor service from Clicks Tokai Medicross - meds arrived at Pharmacy Monday 19th 1pm and still waiting for driver to deliver. Now Tuesday 140pm. Promised for Monday then promised for this morning and stll not arrived and no decency to let me know that it has been delayed due to driver not arriving yet?

Some staff helpful, others VERY patronizing, I had to be there with my sick toddler, for scripted meds and the staff member who 'assisted' me felt the need to first make his point over a minor error on the script which could easily be solved by calling our doctor. Wasted time, unnecessary problems caused by something easily solved. Staff should be there to help, to be solution based, not problem focused.

There is a number system at the pharmacy. Sometimes you wait a while but you can do your shopping in the meantime. Very friendly and helpful staff

The service here is abysmally slow. I think I've aged about 5 years waiting to be served. I dread coming here each month for my medicine.
