Absolutely delighted with the service and quality of work and care,Peter greeted me as soon as I walked in to discuss my minor issue with me hedger (my apologies if I got your name wrong), I was confident leaving it in their hands, super fast turn around time (it was ready the next morning)..Picked it up the next day, and again was greeted by James who kindly stopped what he was doing to explain the minor issue and return it to me.My hedger is running flawlessly now!Thank you

Didn't call me back twice, took twice as long as quoted, and staff was kinda rude. Won't be going back and have had a far better experience at many other places. Also over priced compared to competitors

Servicing backyard home equipment is never cheap ; at least though Moorebank Chainsaw Centre gives you what they ask you to pay .I have given them a good review because they have done what they said they would do . I recommend with confidence and support them 100% . The courtesy received is also commendable .

I gave my mower and trimmer for servicing one week before Easter 2021, the shop rang me few days to inform mine are not Honda genuine and asked for confirmation to proceed to servicing.I called back 2 days later to confirm to go ahead, 2 weeks after Easter I didn't receive any update from them and decided to ring up to follow up and they told me I didn't provide confirmation. I was a bit frustrated and gave the second confirmation to go ahead.Another 2 weeks went by, this time I received a call the the shop owner (Gordon) to come and pick up my mower and trimmer, I said I did provide confirmation twice to go ahead but Gordon went No
