I booked a class for my mom on the 25 November 2017 & the ladies at Wild thing moves where absolutely a dream to deal with.My mom loved her class so much she still cannot stop talking about how wonderful and helpful everyone was.Thank you, thank you so, so much for being so helpful and for giving such wonderful classes!Would recommend this to anyone!Thank you!

On Google showed open, but no one at studio, and no contact line could join. Either email were not being responded. It’s a little inconvenient for people who wants to get some information which shows open and not.

An amazing studio, awesome instructors and beautiful views!Varied classes for different levels and types of workouts you want!The hot vinyasa is awesome for all levels and you work up a really good sweat.Check out Fit Flow or the HITT class - for a butt kicking almost a 600 calorie class if you don’t take too many child’s poses ;)Came to Cape Town dying for a great yoga place while in town and definitely found it at Wild Thing!
