This Branch is just appalling. Have been here 5 times and every time you have to hear, can you wait 20 minutes, they need to make The chicken. This is literally every single time we get there. They never prep at all. Worst Chicken Licken ever. Lazy and cook chicken according to how many people they serve. No other branch has ever done this to there customers

Ordered a family 8.piece through MrD delivery and when received only 6 pieces of chicken in pack. Phoned shop no answer, left a message till today no call back. Will never support this place again. Never order for a delivery from chicken licken as they crook you and owner does not even bother to follow up. Hope your doors close soon.

The service here is very bad and doesn't seem to improve. The cashier PINK" I had to wait for her to finish with her phone then she could serve me. Rubbish service!!!"

Will not recommend this Chicken Licken. They expect customers during peak hours to wait for more than 30 minutes for 6 chicken pieces. Unacceptable service.

Most pathetic Chicken Licken. If they not closed because of loadshedding, they dont have stock. My honest opinion is, their lazy to work. A good management plan should be put in place.

On 15 June 2023 at about 19:50 I had the worst and most disgusting customer experience in this store.My humiliating experience started when I requested extra sachets of salt.This store has no respect for and thrives on humiliating its customers. This store should either upgrade its management or close down.
