Shoprite Kaalfontein

Horrible service! The staff is so unwelcoming , bad attitude. Their service really bad! That shoprite (Kaalfontein corner) should just either shut down or have someone to train them. Today is even worse. Waited on a queue for the entire 30 minutes to buy a tickets. There’s no long queues if ask. Do a mistery/surprise store visits someday if you don’t believe me. NEVER WILL I EVER SET MY FOOT THERE AND WILL TELL EVERYONE WHO CARES TO LISTEN ABOUT THIS DEMONIC SERVICE. Think that’s enough? Not even! The bad attitude you get for cash back, you’d swear it is deducted from their wages!

Clean shoprrite I've ever walked in, friendly service from the door to the till and efficient cashiers... Keep it up

Guys customers should be treated well and be given attention...not the attitude that we r getting and angry faces,u dnt evn bother to fake ur smile jst for us ayee guys you really need to go training for customers service not happy at all wth the service I got today

No social distancing on money market line it's clear that this store doesn't care about their customers health

The worst service that I have ever gotten . The entire store including the Store Manager is battling to assist. I have been in here for at least an hour now and still no success in merely making a cash deposit. I now have to leave because I am not going to be given my money back because Shoprite system shows that the transaction was successful. I did not get an SMS to confirm the transaction. Steve Tlou tells me that I must take his word that the transaction was successful but unfortunately it will only reflect in my Account after 24 to 48 hours but since tomorrow is a Saturday it will reflect by Tuesday. I am at Old Mutual Bank Boulders and Smangele Khumalo the Manager says that she can't help.

Worse Shoprite ever Service level is very Bad for Such a Big Customer , I Have waited for almost 3 hrs just to pay and some tills are closed, cashiers are busy talking about their stories ,this will also be share with hello Peter we can have a service like this even it's for Black People

I also feel that health is important, and as a child of God I believe that caring about other people is what God is expecting from everyone of us.
