Worst experience I have ever had at a salon. From the get go I was shocked by the amount of people (family of clients) in such a small room, not to mention that half of the people were not wearing masks as if Covid is not a thing. After my hair got washed, the most disgusting, stained towel and stained apron was put over me. In spite of me having an appointment, Tanya rushed through my haircut and then had 2 other girl take over from her so she could jump between clients... leaving me waiting for her and extending the time I spent in the salon. I asked for my hair to get straightend after my cut and got burned with the straightener 3 times because as soon as one girl starts working on my hair she gets given another task and a different girl needs to take over the straightening. After my haircut I just asked a question about the layers and did not appreciated the defensive attitude I received. All in all in was a horrible experience and I'm not happy with the results of my haircut. When I make an appointment with a hair stylist, I expect that they focus on me and my hair until they are finished with me and I am happy. I did not appreciate the fact that Tanya did not focus on me or my needs and and then just jumped to the next client before even finishing with me. I'm extremely unhappy with my haircut as you can clearly see it was rushed and looks unfinished with chunky blunt layers. She did not even spend time on blending in my layers properly. I will never visit this salon again and will def not reccomend it to anyone. The price might be reasonable but I would rather pay more for better service.

Best service ever

This hairdresser had people walking around.I have grey hair. I don't like curly blow wave . But they gave me one. Good grief burnt my sculp. And im NOT a moaner. I didn't like it. Told them so. Then straightened my hair. Walked out with fizz. My hair took 7 months to recover. They didn't like it when i didnt approve of style. VERY disappointed.

I enjoyed the calming experience & excellent service. To top it off Tanya is a wonderful hostess.
