Beautiful farm feel close to town, they have a great restaurant and awesome sauces too. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful lodge above Waterval Boven. Lots to do with amazing views all round. Perfect weekend getaway with a real farm feel to it. Lots of hiking trails around with wildlife on the farm.

Accommodation was clean. Self catering.taken to the extreme. No plates, no knives or forks, kettle didn't work. Was very disappointed.

Epa's valley... what an amazing weekend was this. Raining but the owners Raymond did everything to make our stay extraordinary!!! Peacefull, relaxing !!!

Good for needing time and space away from everything. Very quiet and relaxing. There's not much to do around the area (everything touristy is a 50km radius around). Views are amazing. Dogs are welcome.

Went to the restaurant for dinner. Menu was well priced and food was delicious!..pub and pool table finished off the evening for the family.Don't forget to buy some epa sauces they are to die for. Definitely a place I will visit again when we go climbing in waterval boven. The accommodation looks nice and awesome vistas of the valley

Beautiful location , perfect and original farm feeling, very safe , very cost effective , great host , great hiking , beautiful horses .. overall a rejuvenating experience . Go for hiking early morning , local shift fit seeing g , go fir a walk in The Valley in the evening , Braai under the sky at night . Accomodation is basic farm style, very neat . Extreme hot or cold climate can be a challenge as there is no Aircon . Only one negative point is that there is nothing to do in the local town , all nice places are 40 km away , but you can enjoy that drives . Local SPAR is good . Please ask for the demo of EPA valley sauces to the host .. nice experience . Overall very nice two day of life spent here , made a lot of beautiful memories, will come back here one day again .

Their sauces are divine, all organic. Looking forward to taste their food. The road thereto is a bit rough though, but worth it

Beautiful views from anywhere there. Old school farm style accommodation with various options like self catering flats, chalets with kitchen to dorms and a huge farm house with plenty rooms. The owners also produce various pestos and chilli sauces on site which are excellent.

Fantastic stay. Very quiet. Beautiful walks, many birds and.... degustation of the wonderfull fresh EPA! products.We took some home and whole family are big fan!Definately a great place, super Epa! and kind host.In waterval boven we stumbled upon '' the Mozambique Disaster site''
