Took my car in for its 2nd service, the service you receive its beyond amazing. You are treated with such professionalism. I'm very very impressed and will definitely be recommending Hyundai to my friends and family. Keep up the great work.

Customer service and friendly service

Paarden Eiland Service Centre...aweful experience. My Hyundai Accent 1.6 went in for a major service in August 2021. In 2019/20 I advised the sales consultant to do the all round checks including my clutch, brakes, etc. They only lubrucated the clutch pedal, can't remember exactly...but only replaced the front or rear brakes. During this period my vehicle was still under warranty. I am a female and don't know much about cars, however, if your brakes or bearings, etc is a problem, you fix all/both and not just the part that is faulty as the one side in common will eventually give you problems at a later stage. I had my last major service done in August 2021, however, did not check the invoice upon leaving as I am currently on disability. My husband and I waited in the reception area and when the vehicle was done, was advised by Morne, the service consultant, that we should have the clutch checked. This is now said after the warranty has expired". I had words with him as I requested my clutch to be checked on previous occasions. My vehicle is now due for it's minor service and I am told by another reputable company that according to the major service invoice which was done in August 2021

All in all a good experience. Some complications brought on from both ends but all was sorted at the end of the day.After my car keys were stolen, I came here to get it replaced. It meant changing the the ignition as well, a 2 hour labour charge.I was told the part would be ordered the day I booked it in, the Tuesday, but by the repair day, Friday, they hadnt sourced it yet. Which meant my car had to be there an entire day or more. Fortunately it came through and by 4 I was there to collect.There were some complications on the payment end but the manager was gracious enough to met us half way solve the issue.Upon getting my car the boot had been jammed, it was definitely not me and apparently they hadn't touched it.... but my entire car had been cleaned. They did fix it regardless.

I’ve only had good experiences here. The staff and management are very friendly and hospitable, they even offered me a lift when I took my car in for a service. The biggest downfall is the very high prices for small easy to get parts, I was blown away by how much a typical service costs. Other than that this is the place to take your Hyundai vehicle. Good Service guaranteed. Situated right next to the dealership.

Really professional and fast service, often a next day pick up.However their office can be a bit confusing to navigate.
