House of Insight

What an amazing experience!! The food was absolutely delicious and healthy! I loved the surf lesson and surfing! It was a great space to unwind and relax - and get the much needed time to think! I feel like this is something I’ll do every year! I would highly recommended it!! Thank you for everything House of Insights team!!

What is to be said about “House of Insight”? Well let me start with the fact like most of you out there, my year of 2022 was meant to be the best yet! Unfortunately for me, it brought me anxiety, discomfort, unhealthy eating habits and ultimately a form of depression! All of the above unknown to me and never experienced before! Hesitantly I decided a week away couldn’t do me any harm, what came next was MY LIFE BACK! The insightfulness, into approaching problem solving, the positivity, the understanding, love, care and nurturing upon arrival till departure is incredible! I know this review is long winded but trust me when I say, the owners along with their love persistence and guidance have allowed me to snap out of a very dark cycle and negative place I’ve never been before. They’ve taught me not only to love myself and be cautious as who and how we let our lives and energies but to always radiate positivity from within! Thank you Yana and Anelia! May your business grow from strength to strength!

This retreat was the best gift I could give myself. Yoga on the deck, healthy food, time to sit still and reflect. Very cool that I could do my own thing at times, and join the activities other times. The cacao ceremony was unforgettable. Just the reset button I needed - loved every moment and will be back soon!

Incredible food, location and experience

Life changing! There was meticulous preparation and detail in each day. It fed my soul, mind and tummy with yummy healthy food ;)
