IT IS A GREAT FLAT WITH AMAZING PEOPLE...BERGHOEK COMMUNITY IS SUCH A WARM COMMUNITY. IT IS CHILLED AND THE FLAT SEEMS TO HAVE ITS OWN CLIMATE...WARM IN WINTER AND COOL IN SUMMER. THE PARK ACROSS THE ROAD MAKES IT SEEM LIKE ITS THE FLATS BACK GARDEN. IT QUITE REFRESHING
