The customer service could use some improvements, there is a 30 days period from the day you make the payment to when you finally get internet at your home, something can be done to shorten the wait time consider the much better alternatives out there.On the positive side the prices are extremely affordable.

Your service is beyond poor and unexeptable i have been out of internet service sinse the 23rd of December and you say that you will sort this out this morning its now afternoon and still no internet in my house is this customer service

Great when it works, which is about 3 out of 7 days and only early mornings. That is, pay for a full month and get 13 days of good internet service. Plagued with constant service interruptions. Have to call almost everyday to get service restored to promised speeds. Good luck trying to get anyone with authority to respond to service complaints - calls, emails and messages have never been responded to. Very hard to support local with this disappointing level of service.

When it's good, it's good. When it's bad. I can't even send a Whatsapp message. The connection is so inconsistent. Sometimes the disconnection lasts more than 24 hours. Since installing it 3 weeks ago, I have been calling the support center almost every other day. But when it's good (i.e. when there is connection), it's reasonably fast and smooth. I can stream YouTube videos without much problem. The price is very reasonable. For E500 pet month you get unlimited. But you need to pay E1000 upfront installation fee. I also appreciate the efficient communications. They answer the calls promptly, and response promptly, and actually act upon what they said they'd do. The staff is helpful. And it only took 2 weeks from registration to installation. (SPTC took 7 months wait and I still haven't heard back from them). All in all I really want to love them, but for now I'll stick with them and see.
