PATHETIC SERVICE. There is no help from selection estates, email responses follow with no action taken. As the owner of multiple properties we are getting rid of anything to do with this company. We had been lied to regarding repairs. Lost tenants because of lack of service. Absolutely useless. Refrain from having any business with these people!Also Bianca is useless and not at all helpful

These people think they do you a favour rather than seeing you as the customer paying for their services" as the managing agent. Burst geyzer...first of all telephone finally answered some time after opening....then officious young woman telling me to get on with it and phone the insurer myself. Rude...impatient and frankly incompetent. I PAY YOU TO MANAGE MY PROPERTY. DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!!!!!! And they close for an hour at lunch...jeez WHAT CENTURY DO YOU LIVE IN??????? Some of us actually WORK for a living and only have a lunch hour to call and try and extract some sort of assistance from you. If you are planning to do business with this lot...run Forest RUN."

Very unprofessional, You would think in times like this people are urgently looking to make sales (GET OCCUPANTS) but definitely not this company. Staff is very rude ! I see i am not the first person to complain about Your unprofessional staff.

When I had an issue, I tried to resolve the matter with the main person and they were initially helpful. When I had another issue and tried to address the matter with the admin person and main person, they asked me to leave them out of internal matters. This was rude and unprofessional, also very unhelpful - especially as I was a paying client trying to sort out an account. My name was being compromised unfairly and I could have really used some meaningful assistance. All they cared about was that the money was paid and please don't complicate their lives. Also they are damn difficult to get a hold of. A number is listed for the admin person but they never answer. What's the point of listing it?! I echo the question of the other reviewers below, why is a negative rating not available?!

Excellent service. Bianca was helpful, kind, answered all my questions and definitely had my best interest at heart.

Selection Estates does not even deserve 1 star - Agent Tyfane George don’t even understand what is customer service and standard procedures, as a human she doesn’t even understand what is fair and represent a company that is misleading to people. I am a property owner and have tenants of my own and I haven’t treated anyone with such disrespect and dishonesty. My first contact with the agency was judged as a single mom and the place was given to a couple and was told the place is no longer available. I was told to sign a 30 page document that was given on the day I received the keys. With all the stress of moving, I was forced to sign in order to get the keys. This agency charges for levies and all expenses that fall on the owner, shooting up the rent which is not in initial advertising of the rental place. the place was infested with pests and I had to pay for the pest control service. I had left the place immaculate condition with few amendments due to poor paintwork. I rented for 9 months and the agency charged me for damages that I was not responsible for. When asked for money accumulated within the trust fund, i was told there was nothing accumulated. This is totally unacceptable as people save to pay deposit yet agencies mislead and charge innocent people for costs that suppose to fall on the owners. Absolutely disappointed SELECTION ESTATES, definitely not recommended

Hi Greg, I thought I would write my complaint here on Google, because it looks like this is the only place you respond.We have had issues with our two neighbours for months. We've received a complaint in March 2020 where we responded with our argument. We have not received a response again till this day.Then we received another complaint letter in September 2020 from Selection Estates AND a R200 fine, completely ignoring our email response to their first email in March.We then replied again to this email and have not received a single response from Selection Estates. We then phoned you directly and were told to forward our emails that we sent to [email protected] to your direct email. Still, no response.Selection Estates then proceeded to deduct the R200 off our levies. I have had to go as far as getting protection orders against our neighbours as the situation has gotten more tense and aggressive, and due to lack of any assistance from Selection Estates, a neighbour went as far as pulling a hunting riffle out, with no repercussions or any response to the incident. When phoning Greg from Selection Estates to let him know about the gun incident as well as our fear of staying in our own home, he replied sarcastically What do you want me to do?"We will now be putting a hold on the debit order for our levies

Worst body corporate agency we have ever dealt with.absolutely useless when you do need them, never at work when they should be. Money hungry company with zero business etiquette

I have been annoyed to the last with the system of buying electricity, i stay at a complex in Shandrani, in this day and age we need to buy electricity which charges you to buy and of which can not be bought during the weekend and its available during working days around 1pm, the sad part is its Absa and i am using a different bank if you do not get to do an immediate payment you will suffer waiting for transfer period.i can imagine holidays since we are on festive seasons.......

Never replie on emails. Bad service.
