Dis-Chem Pharmacy Haasendal

Phoning this pharmacy is a nightmare. You are treated to one of the following:- Waiting forever to get an answer- Getting cut off- Asked if someone can call you back, which never happens.I have been trying for two weeks now to get through to someone specific at the Dispensary, with no success. with my call earlier today, the lady got quite edgy when I complained.

The service at the dispensary is pathetic.Ordering your meds online is of no use as you have to wait longer than the people that walked in stating that different staff prepare the call in orders and after returning later to collect I was instructed to stand on the line as collections desk is closed and you have to wait on the line to be attended to but no sign showing it.The manager George Mtshali has no sense of customer service ,he don’t acknowledge the customer and even attempt to resolve a problem he rather dispense medicine over the counter.We we’re on the verge to stop doing business with them.On the other hand the pharmacist Chante Lerm was doing her outmost to assist us.Maybe she must be the manager as it seems as if George Mtshali prefers dispensing medicine .

The Manager Mr Booi rendered excellent service today. Walked the extra.mile and so did the vice manager whose name I unfortunately did not get. Well-done and thank you

What a great pharmacy. Each time I have been to collect me medication, I have always had fantastic service. Today however, I was surprised with amazing service I got from Amanda. She went through so much effort to help me with getting my script items clarified by getting in touch with the doctor that wrote the script. Thank you so much to all those at Dischem Haasendal that perform such a fantastic service.

The below review is specific to the dispensary at the store and no reflection of the store clerks or at the tills [their service is always friendly]BUT... the staff at the dispensary all round are awful. If i could give a minus 4 stars i would.No service given at all.What is the purpose of doing the click and collect medication [i would believe busy ppl would make use of this] but if you get here after a certain time you still need to stand in the queue.... this makes no sense to me at all.It's pre-packed, already claimed for on my medical aid [all the fuss from my end sorted] but no convenience in this store for me.Dont bother with pre arranging your medicine collections here.

The store has a good selections of items.. The store has very friendly staff, you will see smiles all around you !

This is one of my favourite Dis Chems! They have the friendliest, most caring and helpful pharmacists ever! They have helped me so many times when I was in a tight spot with finding scripts and phoning my medical aid. Thank you for your excellent service, advice and the friendly smiles and jokes.

Well stocked and friendly staff, even just before closing time!

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been at, I handed them one script with my chronic medication but I have to collect my medication at 3 different times a month and they can’t seem to sort the problem out and just blame the system, best decision was to stop using them.
