I spent about R15,000 with these people. I had an issue with 1 Roller blind and 1 venetian blind. They told me they would fix it. All very enthusiastically I thought, no problem, people make mistakes, they will fix it... Well, after sending it back, and being promised it is being replaced I got the original already skew cut blinds, again that were cut by a 2 year old with a blunt/ skew saw again... Still waiting on them to get back to me , you never know... Maybe they forgot" to replace the blind as they promised.. We'll see.."

Thank you!! Eventually decided to chuck the yucky curtains and install blinds throughout the house and I honestly am so grateful for Windowvert Honeydew being recommended to me! The team is so fantastic and where patient with my needy questions, even me sending them Pinterest pictures of what I wanted across the home and the feels I wanted to achieve, actually had fun working with Windowvert, they where exceptional and the quality of work I received at great value I'm just grateful. Professional, and surprised at how quickly the project was installed with no flaws. If you going to do it properly, do it with the Honeydew Windowvert team!

Poor customer service. I asked for a quote on Tuesday morning and 2 days later still have not received it - after being polite & even calling to follow up 4 times, and the call being dropped on me purposely twice. There goes a potentially big client.I confirmed my email details each time I called - it is not the customers responsibility to follow up or make sure that all contact details have been gathered and done so correctly.
