Good prices and all but the owner is rude, while asking a question he'll sit on his phone, speak to someone else or watch TV and just ignore my questions.

No customer service at all. Waiting too weeks for a quotation

Great quality materials, but they add not agreed markup prices on the quotation for a customer to pay more.Verification of the quotation is mandatory, or else, a customer pays more unbudget little monies, which is a RIP off.

Went to buy 3 pieces of wood.The process is tedious.You 1st must go to the on the side of the road kiosk and list the specs of the wood in sizes, colours and edging. In my case I just needed 3 pieces of wood roughly 500mm x 900mm no edging in a natural concrete colour.After they right down your specs.You take your page walk to a different section on top of the building where someone quotes you. I was quoted 350 for what I needed.Seemed a bit steep for just 3 pieces of wood in natural concrete colour but hey sometimes it's good to support.Someone then takes your page and gets to cutting the wood while u make payment.Here's the kicker. The Wood comes in plain white when I question this the worker tells me to just paint it. When I question the price - he says the quote was for white wood, as if it was natural concrete, it would have costed 600 to 700 rand.. As one legnth is 1000 rand.Dismal experience to say the least. Sometimes giving the small guys a chance just makes u realise why u'd rather go to builders.Checked the price of a legnth of wood at builder on white wood. 225 rand for 1830mm x 610mm cut in any length... Goes to show the some people just there to screw you...
