Every single time I have ordered from them - they have managed to either mess it up, fail to deliver or delivered the food cold. I wouldn’t recommend using this Fishaways.

Used to get good service here but the last few months it's ridiculous how long you wait, on avg. I've waited 25 - 40 minutes for a takeway. They seem understaffed and no manager in sight to try speed things up when it gets busy.

Food was good but service can be better. 17 minutes wait. I spend time and fuel to get there and I thought walk in customer should get served before telephone / delivery orders. I waited a while to get any recognition while cashier first take couple of delivery orders before helping customers at counter. Then come the 17 minutes wait for food

Most disappointed take away every!!!I ordered a prawn salad today, there were 5 shrimps and a bowl full of lettuce in the dish it was dissapointing.I also ordered two hake fish with coleslaw dishes, coleslaw was skimpy only 2 bites , it was a lick and a promise.I ordered these dishes for my guests and simply put was embarrassed.

Don’t waste your time or money.I ordered a simple meal, and it took them (and I kid you not) 2 hours to prepare it.The phone number provided here also does not work, and goes straight to answering machine.Overall, they’re extremely unprofessional, and quite frankly unconcerned about costumer care.

I see people like to complain here so I just wanted to lend my voice... Never had a bad experience here. Always had fast service & the food is good.
