Vet was very friendly and helpful. Its just that we had to wait, as the vets : are not there all the time. The display was nice and they have a beautiful, friendly cat

Wow..pathetic service. Not helpful vet at all. Even with my prescription for Apoquel she refused to help me. She wants to see my dog for a consultation although he not necessary.This place is all about money. My dog had a recent consultation at another vet anf i have a letter. Not a cool place this vet. 2nd time bad experience. Wonder who is the manager here......

Not sure how I managed to give them a 5-star rating before, when they were not able to assist me in any way after I got attacked by dogs and wanted to get some advice from them. Compassionate...? I don't think so!

Dr Rowan and team are fantastic. We had an awful experience to start 2023 where our puppy showed serious neurological issues. Dr Rowan was communicative, informative and extremely empathetic. Sadly we had to let go of our boy, but despite this, our experience at the establishment was world class. Thank you Dr Rowan and Annie.

Staff was very friendly and the service excellent but I found it very strange that the way they put in stitches my baby girl had a operation not to have babies and I was very disappointed in the way they did put in the stitch and also just one and it seems like she is now going to have a hernia and we cannot go back for a check up as we now are living in Touwsriver
