BEFIT - Woman's Exercise Studio
Great exercise studio in Goodwood. I thoroughly enjoy my work outs. I like that the classes are varied. They range between red, orange and green. Reds are a bit more intense and greens are great for beginners. The instructor timously sends out the prgramme for the week every Sunday.They have a morning session and an evening session. In between pregnant moms can attend a workout. Saturday's are for bootcamp. They do have a small play pen if bubs needs to tag along.

Nice small ladies only gym offering fitness classes including boot camp training, yoga, sports massage and other.Classes are offered both inside and outdoors as well as online.Benine, the instructor, has been running the gym for 8 years and is ETA (exercise teachers association) certified.
