first time client and experiance of BWK TAKE AWAYS .I ORDERED FOOD ON A RECOMMENDATION PERSON SAID ITS REALLY NICE BUT MY PERSONAL EXPERIANCE IS A NO NO . I ORDERED 6 OCLOCK AND ORDER ARRIVED AT 7H15 . FOOD WAS COLD AND BOTH MY GATSBYS WAS UNCUT .THE ROOTI ITS SELF WAS HALF WARM AND HALF COOLED . I REQUESTED A COUPLE OF THINGS WICH IF THEY HAD TO SAY I HAVE TO PAY IL DO SO BUT NOTHING WENT WELL WITH THE ORDER .I KNOW SOME PEOPLE ARE LOYAL BUT FOR MY PERSONAL FEW I WILL CONTINUE LOOKING FOR TAKE AWAY WHO CAN KEEP THE STANDARDS AS THEY PROMISED. if i could give one star i would..

I would recommend this place over everything, ther customer service is outstanding.I wanted a refund simply coz i couldnt wait for my food & the manager made sure my money was paid into my account without any hesitation. Ther fud is also simply devine.Thanks so much for the amazing service

First time customer and was not very impressed. Food wasnt the best. Not slap chips, rather soggy chips. Not chilli cheese boerie...just chilli boerie. Tikka chicken wasnt tikka...it was just super spicy, not even tasty, just spicy! Ordered at 18h10 and order was ready at 19h28
