Does not take responsibility or accountability for missing items when they send workers in to paint without permission. Does not replace bulbs in apartment, you get your own but you also have to provide them with your bulb when you leave. Also does not take responsibility to clean the apartments, it's your cost

They take advantage of students. They don't fulfill contractual agreements. They don't respond to complaints. I lived with 5 other students and we had the worst service imaginable. Several meetings had to be set up because we never received what was promised in our contract. When our pool eventually deteriorated to the extent that it cost our landlord money we had to foot the bill, even though we were never given the chemicals we were promised in our contract. They treated us like absolute dirt because of our age.
