They staff are helpful and polite. Just sorry we have to stand in a queue so long. They should have a special row for elderly and people with disabilities

VERY SLOW service, ALWAYS! Workers don't know how systems work? I've applied for a pep card. They said I will get a sms in 24 hours but after 3 weeks I haven't heard anything from them!
