Be sure that there will always be something that you cant order because they out of stock. Even out of big bags to put your food in. Then they try to fit all the food in a small bag. Could not order dunked wings because they were out of sauce. Earlier the week i could not get colonel dip because they were out of stock. Could not get tomato sauce because they out of stock.

The foos is good and fresh. Service us relatively quick. The drive through is just not very nice at the first bend you have to take a funny turn to get to the next window.

Halaal Certified KFC in Oudtshoorn along the Main Road, certificate in the store against the the wall, not far from the Masjied, there are also two Halaal cafes, one next to the KFC and the other one opposite the KFC

Honestly the worst KFC I've visited. takes 5 minutes to take our order(was busy so understandable). then doesn't remember our order at all, corrected them and paid. then at collection asks for slip. no idea what we ordered, Forgot to give us our coke which was owed aswell. food was very below standard. Oreo crushes was presented in coke cup. STAY AWAY if possible.

There's room for improvement. Visited this place last week, 27 April. Gave me the wrong order and the food was below average compared to other kfc's and the lady at the collection point[drive-through] was unprofessional.I asked for her name badge and she responded that she doesn't want everyone to know her name... I mean,what?

They were so busy but so friendly. I phoned in an order and it was boxed and ready for me when I got there. They are very helpful. The staff happily helped people carry big orders to their cars. I love the extra mile they go.

I went to kfc earlier to get dinner after loadshedding, the lady that was helping me got my whole order wrong,I specifically said I wanted 2 dunked crunched boxes and one nugget box with some dunked wings included, when I got home there wasn't even cool drink added to my box meals, and only got one dunked box, me, my wife and my son had to share this 2 box meals... By far the worst kfc experience ever!!!
