No USB ports or pin plugs for charging, plugs are inaccessible tucked behind the bed, NO POTS as advertised, not even a fan heater as there is no air conditioning, internet on the tv has low bandwidth tv keeps hanging on amazon and netflix

wonderful place for family holidays. we took a 3 room apartment. good prices and condition’s, you have a home for you family, where you can cook your own meal, rather eating street food which is not that good in south africa. very safe, water always warm for bath, parking and security 100%. reception as well, only one thing, no air conditioned. and now with light problem. but its wonderful. i recommend it 100 times. house keeping was awesome. super

Waited outside for 5 hours on the street, as reception was not equipped with a swipe facility. My husband had done the booking so I additionally had to wait until he was done at the Barbour and to get through traffic and come check in according to his booking. Then only was I allowed in a room or given any service.

This is Kofi, I just checked out last week Friday. Mint is always going to be my place I love the setting, and like I read another person complaining about house keeper's not changing sheets and pillow cases that I find true cos I kept seeing thr same color sheets of pillow and bed sheets. Mint is like home to me the setting, the room size come on.

I’ve been to Mint Sandview for 3 time in a year because they are affordable but on all of my visits the house keeping always disappoint. The last time I was there I was with my friends for a few days and housekeeping didn’t clean on the first day, they on changed our towels & they didn’t add more toilet paper in the bathroom. They have a great place but housekeeping should do better.

No back up for loadshedding won't book there AGAIN. Highly disappointed. As no staff members told me that information when checking in. Nice place though. But not worth staying during loadshedding being at its peak.

I just spent a night at the hotel. The hotel room was okay, the restaurant is beautiful. Even though there isn't a generator for the hotel, there's a generator for the entrance gate which I guess in terms of safety of monitoring who goes in and out of the hotel that's good.

The price is good bt very bad service n management. When u request something u don't get it if u dnt follow up n towels come in the evening worse is there is no back up for load shedding. The service is very poor and I stayed for over 3weeks with a broke kettle which was promised to be fixed or changed yet they harass me by coming to my room with swiping machine to pay, yet there was no network due to load sheddingRoom was ok bt management very disrespectful ,bad customer service

First room had a bad smell of someone that was smoking cigarettes & the kind receptionist changed our room. The second room was Bottom of the barrel. Honestly I don’t complain but the room was a heaven of cockroaches.Everywhere: from the bathroom, to the lounge, to the kitchen and to your bedroom.I killed about 24 of cockroaches. I’m exhausted now they can come and sit with me.Unbelievable.
